Deployed Military
We provide hope, support and inspiration to chaplains, military personnel and their families.
Dial Hope is making it a priority, especially at this difficult time in our nation’s history, to support our military both at home and abroad, their families, our veterans, and the Chaplains who give support here in the U.S., and on the front lines and battlefields.
On this page we hope to provide hope, support and inspiration to Chaplains, military personnel and their families through articles, information, testimonials, and links. If you have something you would like to share with us, please contact us at info@DialHope.org.
Through the efforts of a family member of the founder of Dial Hope, a phone number was established by the Pentagon. Through the Defense Switching Network (DSN), the following number was established for active military overseas to access Dial Hope:
Dial 809-463-3376 * wait for a dial tone * then dial the toll free number 866-528-4673.

Historically Chaplains inspire, give comfort, pray for safety or safe passage, and generally take care of the spiritual welfare of our military men and women. Throughout history their role has evolved and grown, and today their jobs continue in far away countries on the battlefields where our military are in the midst of war.
In these times they find themselves on overload, deployed overseas, providing support to soldiers in the field, and even find their own faith tested at times due to the immense stress they are under and the violent and horrific things they are witnessing on the battlefields. In addition to an emotional overload, they are strained by the sheer volume of people they are responsible for; currently approximately 2700 Chaplains minister to an active duty force of 1.4 million – one chaplain for every 518 military.
We hope that Dial Hope through its ministry may be of assistance to military personnel and their Chaplains. If you know of any way that Dial Hope may help, please contact us at info@DialHope.org.
